Menu
Our menu is finalized each week and sent by email the evening before your delivery. You can also check it on mealcraft.nyc or call (718) 658-1643 to hear it read aloud — the recording is updated as soon as it’s published. We always get it out as soon as it’s ready!
Yes — the dishes are the same each week for everyone, but the quantities scale with your household size. A family of 8 receives more than a family of 2, based on the size your program approved you for.
Absolutely! Email us at hello@mealcraft.nyc and let us know your household size — we’ll send over a couple of recent menus so you can get a clear picture of what’s in each box. We look forward to hearing from you!
Delivery
We deliver once a week. Your delivery day is set when you enroll, and we’ll always notify you in advance if it ever shifts — for example, around holidays.
We start delivering in the morning and continue throughout the day. Our driver rings the bell and leaves the box at your door. If you’d like a live tracking link on delivery day, just reach out by phone, email, or live chat and we’ll pull one up for you.
We always aim to get deliveries out as early in the day as possible. We’re not yet set up for individual time-slot requests, but if you have a special circumstance — like leaving town for Yom Tov — reach out and we’ll do our best to work around it.
On delivery day, contact us at (718) 658-1643, hello@mealcraft.nyc, or via our live chat — we can pull up a real-time tracking link for your order. You’ll also receive a notification from our delivery partner when your box has been dropped off.

Household Size
Your confirmation email from us shows the family size we have on file. You can also email us at hello@mealcraft.nyc or call (718) 658-1643 and we’ll check it for you. Keep in mind — the size comes directly from what BPJCC shares with us.
We deliver based on exactly what BPJCC sends us on the weekly list. If there’s a gap between what you were approved for and what we have on file, the fastest fix is to call BPJCC’s automated line at (718) 701-7076 to verify. Feel free to CC us at hello@mealcraft.nyc so we can follow up from our end too!
Each case is tied to its own enrollment. When multiple cases are at the same address, we may combine them into a single delivery for efficiency. If anything seems off about what you received, reach out and we’ll review exactly what was sent.
Getting Started
Mealcraft delivers through the SCN program. To qualify, contact BPJCC at (718) 701-7076 or visit bpjcc.org to apply. Once approved, choose Mealcraft as your vendor and we’ll take it from there. First deliveries typically begin within 7–10 days of approval.
No action needed on your end! Once BPJCC adds you to our list, we’ll send you a welcome email confirming your family size and first delivery week. Everything runs automatically from there — you’ll get the menu the evening before each delivery.
This can happen when there’s a delay in BPJCC updating our list, or if the vendor selection wasn’t fully processed. Call BPJCC at (718) 701-7076 to confirm your status, and email us at hello@mealcraft.nyc at the same time — we’ll check from our end too and get it sorted together.
Simply contact BPJCC and request a vendor change to Mealcraft. Once they update the list, we’ll be notified automatically and will reach out to welcome you. In the meantime, feel free to email us at hello@mealcraft.nyc — we’d be happy to send you some sample menus!
Food & Kashrus
All our meals are prepared under the full hashgacha of the CRC. We use KJ and Solomon’s for our chicken and meat. As a division of Taam Eden Bakery, kashrus is something we take very seriously — and it’s one of the reasons our customers trust us.
At this time we’re not set up for individual modifications or substitutions. We rotate our menus regularly and take customer feedback very seriously — it genuinely shapes what we include going forward. Keep sharing your preferences with us!
